Itching On The Back After Sweating. Is It Fungal Infection?

Question: i got etching on back of body, it is very difficult after i get sweating. i consulted skin specialist he say it is fungal infection. Please advice if reduce my weight which is 84 kg ( Ht. 170cm). if will get reduce and I will not get any infection on back.
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for your query.
Itching on back can have many reasons, If your dermatologist has told you that it is a fungal infection then you should be treated with an oral course of terbinafine along with topical antifungal creams like clotrimazole etc. for a couple of weeks.
Fungal infections occur as a result of working in hot and humid climate and mostly occur in body folds. Reducing the weight will decrease your body fold areas and will reduce the occurrence of fungal infections.

Is there any permanent solution for this fungal infection?
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for your follow up query.
Fungal infections are cured on completing the course of antifungal but if conditions which favor fungal growth occur again, one can get the similar infection repeatedly.
