Complete blood cell count should a few levels off.

Generally, the counts you have can be seen in iron deficiency. To improve this, you would need to take a diet XXXXXXX in iron. So that's plenty of yellow fruits and vegetables, beans, chicken and fish. In your case, the levels are just borderline. To see whether you actually need oral iron therapy, I would like to know the following parameters in your case: Hb, MCV, MCHC, RDW, SERUM IRON LEVEL WITH SERUM FERRITIN.

Here are all the levels except for the iron.
HGB 12.9
HCT 37.5
MCV 97
MCHC 34.5
RDW 13.0
PLT 215
MPV 9.4
NE% 71.9
LY% 20.4
MO%6.1

It would make sense about the iron deficiency. My main source of protein
is eggs, egg whites, fish and whey protein (solgar brand...clean).
Good about vegetables and fruit but limited. Need to bump that up.
I currently do XXXXXXX vibrance, brewer's yeast and going to add wheat grass juice.
Have been reading that wheat grass juice helps to build blood.
What are your thoughts?

Iron deficiency is associated with increase in RDW value and reduction in MCV values. From parameters that you have given it doesn't look like of iron deficiency. Both MCV and RDW values are normal. Even hemoglobin is under normal limits.
So both your white blood cell and red blood cell are not abnormal. Continue with your normal routine healthy diet.

Going to mix 2 tbs brewer's yeast with 8 oz 2% organic milk (greater absorption)
and 1 tbs black strap molasess (like the brewer's yeast high nutrient profile).
Also adding 1 oz wheatgrass juice to routine.
Plus keep tweaking my nutrition.
Curious to see how my levels look in three months? These are powerful supplements.
