Missing Pulse, Chest Pain When Pressing, Tachycardia. Done Angioplasty With Stents Placed. Serious?
Question: am 46 yr old. 6 months back underwent angioplasty with stents at mid and ostioproximal LAD and mid RCA. for the last 15 days i have observed that am missing a pulse. feel discomfort on left side of the chest and slight pain when i press the chest. there is also some pain in the chest. tachycardia with pule @ about 100. feel tired and condition appears same as befre undergoing angioplasty. diagnosed as having diabetes and hypertension at the time of angioplasty. whether my condition serious and requires treatment in OPD or hospitalisation?

What you need right now is a good clinical evaluation along with investigations like ECG,2D-echo and if needed stress test etc to evaluate your cardiac status.
After that treatment can be planned either on OPD or IPD basis depending on investigation results.
But you should bring this to notice of your doctor sooner.
