Noticed Black Spots Underneath The Rim Of Penis Glands. What Could These Be? Cure?
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to Healthcare Magic.
My self Dr S K Kanodia and will try to provide you the best of information regarding your query.
I thoroughly saw the pictures provided by you. I can make out that these "tiny black dots" are present along the rim of the penis. These are kind of small vertical dots sort thing as evident from the first picture you have taken on 30/5/2013 (picture 0000). The rest of pictures also show tiny black dots in support of the first picture.
Now to tell you regarding the best possibility- these appears to be the "scabs" or "crusts" after a minor friction injury to the penis. It is a common phenomenon on this area of penile skin.
As you know very well that penile skin is very thin and fragile. So any kind of minor trauma by friction or otherwise also due to minor scratching leads to fine abrasions over this skin. When these heals then it forms the kind of blackish brown scab, especially above and around the coronal sulcus (the area just beneath and around the glans penis)- the rim area. This area is also the prominent edge kind of area so is more prone for frictional injuries and minor abrasions.
In your case it could be possible due to any sexual intercourse in recent 5-6 days. During the intercourse perhaps there was kind of forceful penetration or due more vigorous act. If there had not been any sexual intercourse then it could be because of mere act of trivial scratching also.
You rest assured for any kind of sexually transmitted diseases in yourself. This kind of presentation of scabs is not the manifestation of any kind of sexually transmitted infection. The scabs will be falling off in nest 3-4 days. You need not to do nay thing from your side. Kindly do not try to pull the scab.
Hope I have answered your query and the informations provided would be helpful to you. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.

Welcome again to the forum young man. Thanks a lot from your quick reply.
You are quite right in your observation of "masturbation" with "vigorous act" or we say kind of more pressure applied in the act. Actually in the act of masturbation even simple skin can also be affected over penile shaft because of friction of hands. Due to the dry skin condition of genital area in yourself, this is more prone for abrasions.
As you got from my previous Email that it is not at all any kind of sexually transmitted disease like warts or fungal infection or anything related to STDs. So you should rest assured.
You can apply plane petroleum gelly without fragrance over the dry skin. Do take care next time!!
Hope the informations provided would be helpful to you. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help or you can close the discussion and rate the answer.

You are most welcome to ask any queries related to your skin or genital or any other health related problems.
I have thoroughly gone through all the pictures sent by you and gone through the whole of symptoms you have provided. Now to benign with, the first and foremost information to provide you is that your symptoms and part of skin manifestations are not at all related to herpes.
To tell you about Genital herpes- it is caused by HSV type 2 which you already know. Its manifest as fluid filled vesicles anywhere around penis or at the maximum scrotum. It do not spread beyond this area.
The vesicles remains only for a day and then heals in next 5-7 days. At the time of its appearance there is moderate to severe burning sensation over the area with pain. It has a tendency to recur back according to the immune status of the individual. It means in some persons it recurs within month or two and in some do not recur in 6 months. The in between period of two episodes are totally "symptom free". There are per say no systemic manifestation of this disease except for mild fever only.
So you can get from above points that yours symptoms do not match with herpes at all.
The pink blotch rash with red dots which you are getting could be manifestation of "scabies" where we find similar kind of rash with itching which is more pronounced at night time. You should ask your doctor to prescribe you anti-scabies treatment which can prove worth in this situation.
Regarding the other of the symptoms of abnormal stools, fatigue, muscle vibrations and other of aching symptoms appears to be part of "general anxiety" which you are feeling after the unprotected intercourse. This is a common phenomenon which I very often observe in my clinical practice. Young men like you after unprotected intercourse are very much scared about sexually transmitted diseases (especially to HSV and HIV). Due to this "generalized severe anxiety" all the systemic symptoms which you enumerated along with so many of other symptoms appear in them. The situation becomes more problematic when they actually read a lot from internet and try to correlate these things in them.
There fore finally a word of expert and friendly advise to you is to reassure yourself regarding possibility of any kind of sexually transmitted infections.
For the systemic symptoms you are feeling, eat a lot fruits, fiber containing diet. Do aerobics, morning walks and exercises. Keep yourself busy.
Do not sit alone and keep a good company of friend who can give you positive feedback. Do not visit internet unnecessarily to correlate your symptoms from one to another.
Take anti-scabies treatment for a while with good antihistamine which will relieve you from the symptom of rash, red dots and itching.
Hope the informations provided would be helpful to you. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.
