Question: I have a dark yellow discharge in my semen???

The main concern that would come to mind would be a venereal infection; my best recommendation would be to be seen by a health care provider, who can perform some tests looking for infectious of the genital tract. If you are sexually active and they find an infection, your partner or partners would also need to see a health care provider.
