Brief Answer: possibility is of angioma Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your prompt reply. You need not to be worried about the unavailability of good resolution picture. As per you description it is red in color, around 3 mm, present at breast- makes a simple over view of growth from blood vessels. In most common of the instances the possibility is of angioma. These are simple over proliferation of the blood vessels and are very commonly seen in person above the age of 40 years. Most commonly post menopausal females are affected. There can be multiple of these type of red dots all over the body but can be more commonly seen over trunk region such as in your case – at breast area. These are totally benign growth and never cause any type of problem in future life. There is no possibility of cancerous growth or any other type of abnormality in these angiomas. These are also not related to any type of melanomas or related thing- so there is no need of worry for the same also. I reassure you fully for the benign nature of growth of the same. If at all you want to get rid of the same, then can go for radiocautery ablation (removal by radiocautery) in few minutes. But generally we do not go for the same as it is not required.
