What Does Sharp Pain In Right Breast Indicate?

I am 46 years old and I have been experiencing sharp pains in my right breast that goes straight to the nipple for about 2 months. I had a mammogram around January and it turned out good. I don't know if this is a sign of menopause or possible cancer.
