On Periods Due, Having Cramping, Pregnancy Like Symptoms. Diagnosed With Tumor On Ovary. Could The Tumor Be Causing This?

Signs and symptoms of early pregnancy vary from woman to woman but in general the most common symptoms are fatigue, nausea, dizziness, mild abdominal pain and in some cases- light bleeding.
If you are experiencing these symptoms , then it is possible that you are pregnant. This can be checked by a blood test or urine test. Both of these tests check the level of the HCG hormone that is released after the fetus implants in the uterus lining.
This hormone would be detected in the blood first before it is detected in the urine of standard pregnancy tests. This is because the blood test can pick up very low level.
There are now early detection pregnancy tests that can also detect low levels so you can consider using one of these to determine if you are pregnant. They are available over the counter at most pharmacies.
Ovarian tumors may present with fatigue, pain which would be worse on the side of the tumor, nausea, decreased appetite, bloating. You may want to consider an ultrasound which would serve two processes- it would check up on the tumor and also determine if you are pregnant.

In that case then the symptoms may be related to the ovaries but there are other causes your symptoms.
Vomiting, dizziness and fatigue can sometimes be related to conditions of the inner ear which plays a major part in balance.
Frequent urination can be related to other conditions including infection,the quantities of fluid used, overactive bladder.

A tumor can be benign or malignant. Tumors can be formed from different cells in the body and they are often classified according to the type of cell that it arises from which in turn influences the potential to cause problems because cells behave differently.
Benign tumors are not XXXXXXX no capacity to spread and little capacity to affect mortality.
Malignant tumors or what may be termed cancerous are XXXXXXX with the potential to cause life threatening illness.
If your tumor has been reported as benign then it is unlikely that it will turn into a malignant tumor, though this can occur in some types of benign lesions. If you know the type of lesion you have been diagnosed with then I could tell you the risk of progression.
The types of benign ovarian tumors are : (1) epithelial cystic tumors- (2) fibromas (3) thecomas (4) teratomas
