Pain And Tingling Sensation On Hand And Legs. Worried For Multiple Sclerosis

Question: I'm concern about MS
hi my name is XXXXXX, and for about 2 months I had a mid leg, calf ankle pain in my left leg and before then I had this weird feeling like a sock feeling that was consistent for like a month on my right leg but then went away when I went to Vietnam to visit my girlfriend.
but now I have new symptoms, for the pass two weeks the top of my left foot gets tingling overtime I walk but it comes and go as I walk and the more I walk the better it gets and for the pass week I have been getting this hot feeling in different parts of my body and then for like 4 days my left leg will numb when I sleep and I'm able to walk and shake it off.
and now for the pass 3 days I have tingling in my hands and legs off and on thought out the day.
I'm really worry that I might have ms.
but I will point this out, the leg only hurts when I move it or walk on it a lot and also for the pass 4 months I have been sitting on the foor for 4 hrs straight almost every night talking to my girlfriend.
and when I was on the plane my legs would be hurting because I'm a dwarf and my legs don't touch the ground. and now every time I sit at a table my legs start to hurt so I have to start walking feel better.
and I'm able to shake off the tingling but they come back after awhile.
I hope someone can give me some peace of mind because I'm really worry.
thanks

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
First of all, I would like to reassure you that your symptoms are not suggestive of multiple sclerosis.
These symptoms are suggestive of mild peripheral neuropathy (due to involvement of nerves in legs and hands).
The common reasons for this are mechanical pressure over the nerves, thyroid disease.
You may get your blood tested for vitamin B12 level and thyroid profile.
As of now, there is no need to worry.
Best wishes,
