Pink Bumps Around Anus. What Could This Be?

Question: I have pink bumps around my anus, it feels like It is protruding kind of, and the skin on the bottom like underside of it if I'm standing it is purple. It has been this way for a while. What could this be? I am a 26 yr old male, I drink over a gallon of water every day,meat healthy, and exercise regularly.

The protruding thing is hemorrhoid ( piles).
Take high fiber diet, fiber supplements and drink lot of water ( which you have been doing already).
If it keeps worsening, then you may require surgery to remove it.
