Planning For A Baby. Semen Analysis Done. What Does The Report Say?
Question: Hi, i'am 36 years male and married for 5 years as of now and do not have any kids so far. When i underwent the Semen Analysis test, the report stated as Asthenoteratozoospermia with the following results :
Total No. Spermatoazoa/ml = 22.0 million / ml
Total No. Spermatoazoa/Ejaculation = 44.0 million / Ejaculation
Total Motility PR + NP % = 15%
Rapid Linear Progression = 00 %
Slow Linear Progression = 10 %
Non Progression = 05 %
Immotile = 85 %
Vitality = 20 %
Leukocytes = 8.3 %
Could you please advise if i can overcome this issue as i'am worried about the age factor.

Hello,
Your report says that your total sperm count is good.But the motility of the sperms is low.The morphology of the sperms is abnormal In such cases,due to abnormal morphology,poor motility etc the quality of the sperms is poor.You should take the following precautions:
Avoid smoking.
Avoid alcohol.
Stop wearing extremely tight undergarments.
A course of antibiotics may be needed to treat any infective cause.
You can take Tablet FERTISURE M once a day for 3 months and repeat the semen analysis.
You may have to try IVF in the long run if no improvement.
