Please List The Hormonal Changes That Occur With Aging

Thanks for your query.
The hormonal changes seen in ageing are mainly due to atrophy of the respective endocrinal organs.
The normally encountered hormonal imbalances are as follows:
35 to 40s
-Disturbance in Luteinizing hormone surge leading to faulty ovulation and irregular periods.
-Insulin resistance leading to weight gain.
-Androgen excess leading to Hirsutism (male like features)
-Disturbances in Mineralocorticoid secretions , not in all but cause Blood pressure variations.
40s to 45
- Deficiency of Estrogen and progesterone. This hormone imbalance causes various symptoms seen in perimenopausal women.
-The above imbalance cause severe inhibition of the luteinizing and follicle stimulating hormone.
-Increased insulin resistance.
-Decreased pancreatic hormones , leading to obesity in some.
45 to 60s
-Deficient thyroid hormone,
-Deficient parathyroid hormone.
-Deficient Pituitary hormones
60s to 90s
all above hormone deficiencies prevail but the body systems get habituated to the hormonal deficiencies and present with no deficiency symptoms.
