Sniffing lemon or ginger can relieve nausea as reported by many women. Other options are:
Lemon pickle or lemonade helps
Salty chips and crackers help reliever nausea.
Eat very small meals as you may tend to puke. sip small amount of fluids XXXXXXX slices, bread are also good option.
Liquids: gingerale, non carbonated fresh juice
