Red Patch On Back With Itching. What Is This?

Question: My skin has been irritated the last few days and then this formed on my skin today on my back. Minor itching

I would like to know the following things. 1. Is this the only patch or there are other lesions also on chest area? Do you see any fluid coming out from the lesions? Hi! No lesions on chest area, yet, however, on the left side of my chest the same irritation is there but no redness ir anything like that. And no fluid!
