Hello XXXXXX and thanks for posting the query
Treatment and decision for the immediate treatment in a cat bite depends on the severity of the bite. If wound is really XXXXXX bleeding and your father is in severe pain than you must take him to emergency immediately.
Line of treatment for cat bite requires
1. Careful wound care immediately after bite. Because cat teeth a very sharp and thin, dirt and saliva can be introduced XXXXXX into the wound.
2. Wounds must be rinsed and cleaned completely.
3. A person with a cat bite may require antibiotics, analgesic and anti-inflammatory and very rarely surgery to repair damaged tissue.
4. Tetanus and rabies vaccinations must be given in 24 hours of the injury.
