Question: Severe cold and cough fever last three days basically fever high during night.saliva coming continously from mouth.ongoing medicine zincocet asthalin syrup azee 200 calpol 250.previously he has also taken fluvir.this health condition is for last 15 days.now his feet is becoming cold but having fever in the body.

Can understand your concerns.

Fever with cough and cold is a matter of concern especially if the child is on antibiotic.
There could be a possibility of malaria, typhoid or chest infection not responding to azee.
In my opinion, you should get CBC, Typhidot Igm and Malarial antigen test done.
Continue same drugs, if no improvement in 24 hours then antibiotic needs to be changed according to reports.
