Severe Weight Gain, Hypothyroidism, Thyronorm, Fatigue, Stress, Stone In Urinary Tract
Thanks for your query,
The fatigue ( if you had ) in the past is directly related to the Hypothyroidism ( High TSH ) as its a typical and common symptom. Now the fatigue can be attributed to the medication as one of the start side effect of the Thyronorm is fatigue. It will surely come down on its own when your hormone levels reach normal and stay same for 3 to 4 months.Need not worry.
Meanwhile you can try to get rid of the fatigue to some extent by certain home remedies which i have explained below :
1)Drink a glass of grapefruit and lemon juice, both mixed in equal quantities this acts as a very good energy drink when the BMR ( Basal Metabolic rate )is low as in hormonal imbalance.
2)Ginseng – It boosts energy. The root has a sweet, licorice type of taste and has been used for ages for exhaustion and weakness. Do not have it unless and until you are really fatigued.
3)Eggs – Eggs contain a lot of protein, Vitamin A, iron, folic acid, riboflavin as well as pantothenic acid. Have one egg a day, the way you want it and feel good. If you eat eggs the have it as it is one of the best natural cure for fatigue.
4)Soak about 5-6 almond kernels in some water overnight. Next morning, after draining the water collect the kernels. Rub of the husk. Grind the kernels into paste. Mix it with equal amounts of sugar candy powder and some fresh butter. Take it in the early hours of morning with a cup of milk. This taken alternate days will act as best fatigue reliever.
5)Deep breathing exercises.
