Should I Take Meprate For Missed Period While Trying To Conceive?
Question: Hi
I am trying to conceive since last 1 year but my periods are irregular. In past Periods got delayed maximum by 15 days. This time I had my periods on 28th XXXXXXX Took urine pregnancy test on 22nd August it is negative. My doc has advised to take meprate 10 mg for 6 days in order to have my periods again. Whether I should wait or have the tablets.

Please get transvaginal ultrasound scan done from an IVF center to check if there is PCOS.I think that is the most likely reason for such delayed periods.
After getting periods with medicines go ahead with IUI ( intrauterine insemination) treatment which is next step.
