Should LBBB Once Diagnosed Be Followed By Regular Check Ups?
Question: Should i source a cardiologist and have regular checkups for disgnosed LBBB
Once the LBBB is detected then you need to concentrate on clinical symptom rather than the tracing but of course follow up is advisable

I had all the relevant tests and procedures. Clinicsl symptoms were debilitating fatigue over a period of 18 months before ECG results. Cardiologist advised me to go home and live my life, no treatment necessary. No explanation of LBBB found. I have recently been having frequent heart palpitations. I exercise every day and am ideal weight range.
Brief Answer:
Suggest Holter
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I think your cardiologist was right.
The LBBB usually does not need any significant treatment
You need to relax about that.
Even your being anxious about it can cause trouble of a similar symptom.
I would suggest you relax.
However, I usually do not like to consider anxiety as a cause till I have ruled out some major causes.
I will suggest a Holter monitoring (if possible)
This will tell us the ecg throughout the day.
If there is some arrhythmia (which is more possible with LBBB, and can cause palpitations), we can catch it in Holter and can be treated accordingly.
I hope this info helps
