Brief Answer:
Continue to take Lisinopril

Detailed Answer:
You should continue to take Lisinopril, at the pressure that you mention even one tablet can be taken. It gives benefit on prolonged usage and at highest tolerated dose. If you don't have giddiness and able to walk normally please do continue to take and preferably full tablet.
Stem cell treatment is being used in quite few centers but still it has to be classified as experimental rather than established modality of treatment.
