Shoulder Pain, Left Side Of Breast Pain, Mammogram. Cancer?
Question: shoulder pain, left side of breast pain. no history of breast cancer in family. pain has been going on for about a month. no other apparent symptome. went for a mmogram today, i would like to speak to a cancer doctor. Can it be breast cancer?

Most of time breast cancers are painless and present in the form of nodule or lump in the breast or skin over lying nodule or lump becomes adherent..
Breast cancer generally don`t present with pain only and never with pain in the shoulder.
Secondly there is no history of breast cancer in the family.
One months pain in the left shoulder & left breast can be due to many other reason ,breast cancer is the last among the list.
You have not revealed the mammogram findings .
Chances of breast cancer are quite less ,what keeping in mind your age remote possibility can`t be ruled out.
Only mammogram and FNAC or biopsy can confirm the final diagnosis.
