Sleep For 8 Hours, Do Not Feel Fresh. What Could Be The Cause?

There can be lots of reasons for you not being feeling refreshed even after 8 hours of sleep. These vary widely from simple things to some complex underlying conditions. It is very difficult to find out the exact cause without doing some routine health check ups and frequent health visits. Some of the possible causes may be Poor diet, Anemia (which is decreased levels of Hemoglobin in blood), Depression, Anxiety, Hypothyroidism.
I suggest you to lessen your stress levels, do more exercise unless contraindicated because of some other issues, try to decrease work pressures. Furthermore, you need to undergo routine investigations which would be part of routine health check up with a general practitioner.
