Hello Suzbeye,

Thanks for your query.

Presence of sore neck, jaw pain & eyelid twitching can be due to:
1. Temporomandibular joint disorder
2. Neurological cause like Trigeminal neuralgia

Management includes:
1. Analgesics like paracetamol or other NSAIDs for symptomatic relief.
2. Tricyclic antidepressant like Amitriptyline can also be used under the guidance of a Doctor.
3. Treatment of the underlying cause or precipitating factors.

So, it will be better to consult your General Physician & get a proper physical examination done to find out the exact cause.
Based upon that, appropriate management steps could be taken.

There is no need to worry, you will be fine.
Wishing you a good health.
Please let me know if I need to clarify further.
Thanks & Take care.
