Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

From what you describe, you have soreness, bleeding (little brown spots) and dead skin after sexual intercourse. As the symptoms appeared after sexual intercourse and were not present before that, this can be due to chafing skin or friction rub of the skin and the clothes.

Chafing is basically skin irritation and redness which occurs when skin rubs against skin or clothing and can occur when there is rough intercourse.

I suggest the following methods for a quick relief:

1)     Wear cotton clothes and underwear and avoid wearing any coarse or synthetic material. If you indulge in exercise and other activities, wear athletic tights or cycling shorts.

2)     Wear clean and dry clothes and use a mild detergent to wash them. Dried sweat, chemicals, dirt, and other debris may aggravate the condition.

3)     You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash. It will help in soothing the skin.

4)     Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories after a prescription from your doctor would help to reduce the redness and inflammation if they are severe.

If you develop a lump then the possibilities of a boil due to infected hair follicles or herpes sores should be ruled out.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wish you good health.
