Spitting Blood, Dry Throat, Heartburn

Question: Hi doctor I'am 25 years old male 5.8ft with 130p weight. Over last 10 days I am experiencing unusual health issue.
Every morning I wake up and spit I see a small amount of blood coming with and I feel weak. In addition my throat keeps being dry and my stomach disturbs me too. My blood pressure is fine but I have a heartburn since long time and being stressed. Could you help please. Thank you

Can you provide me with some more info please?
1.Do you see blood in the spit or when you cough?
2.Do you need to express the spit/cough?
3.Any vomitting,fever,abdominal pain?
4.Had any tests done recently?
5.Do you live in a tropical country?
6.Any health problems/medical conditions?
7.Do you take any meds?
