Stomach Pain, Joint Pain, Back Pain, Headache, Tiredness, Sweating. Blood Test Done. Should I Be Concerned?
Question: from last 6monts i have Stomach pain and back pain along with headache and joint pain.As well i feel tiredness and sweating.
but headache is from past 2weeks.
And i could see increase in wbc count,is anything need to worry.Please advice me.

Haemoglobin -- 13.8 gms%

MCV -- 83.4 fl
MCH 27.7pg
MCHC -- 33.2g/dl
Total WC count -- 0000 Cells/cumm
Neytrophils -- 60%
Lymphocytes -- 35%
Eosinophils -- 05%
Monocytes -- 00%
Basophils -- 00%
Total RBC -- 5.0 Millons/cumm
ESR -30mts -- 05mm
ESR-60mts -- 10mm
Platelet count -- 3.3 lakhs/cumm
FAECES Analysis:
colour ---- yellowish
Consistency --- semi solid
Mucous -- Present
Pus Cells --- 8 -10 pus cells
Blood -- nil
ova -- Nill
Cyst -- E>H present

Your blood reports are almost normal. Your WBCs count is also almost normal however it is on the upper border limit which is most likely due to intestinal infection your having. Your stool analysis shows infection as there is presence of mucous and pus cells along with cyst. The abdominal pain is also most like due to it.
It is recommended to visit your doctor for prescription of appropriate antibiotics. you can use domeperidone for abdominal pain which is on the counter available drug.
