Hi
Thanks for posting your query
Though the information provided is not conclusive, I can understand from the Scan report that she is suffering from a Left Renal Calculi
The pain of renal calculi is usually colicky in nature and associated with burning or painful urination, occasionally blood in urine and nausea
Considering the size of the calculi, there are all chances it may come out , what she needs to take is lot of fluids orally and Antispasmodic for pain
Hope this helps

Hi
Thanks for posting your followup query
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease is stamped because there is free fluid seen on scan
This is commonly seen in females and is because of lack of hygiene
Patient needs to care for cleanliness and take a ten day treatment of Doxycycline
Vaginal doughing and hygiene are main stay
Hope this helps
