What Causes Leg Pain, Breast Pain And Body Pain?
Thanks......I have been detected with deficiency in B12 for which i have been prescribed Meganeuron OD....before this i had PID infection, which is now clear.........But I am having continuous leg pain breast pain, body pain........can you please suggest me reason of this............

In my opinion, any oral formulation of vitamin B12 is not good enough to replenish Vitamin B12 deficiency, it is good only for maintenance. I suggest you take a course in it Vit B12 injections.
