Brief Answer:
Anemia, probably iron deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query. It appears that she has low hemoglobin (anemia) due to iron deficiency. Definitive diagnosis can be reached by serum iron studies.
Sometimes this can happen in premenopausal females, but still it may be a good idea to exclude any blood loss, particularly from the gastrointestinal tract, by doing a fecal occult blood assay.
After establishing the diagnosis we can treat her with oral iron supplements.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer further followup queries, if any.
