Hi
As per your query, your wife is having GERD.
Your prescription is good.
If she is having severe pain, she can use NEXPROFAST tablet for quick relief.
The recommended dose is Nexpro 40mg once daily. It can be taken twice daily in few instances.
So,if there is no response with above drugs, please give Rabeprazole and domperidone capsule,Sucralfate syrup.
Avoid spicy foods,cool drinks,caffeine products.
Stress should be avoided.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
Wish her good health
Regards
