Hemorrhoids from last 4 days and sometimes bleeding getting pain... Can u please help me. With cure

Thanks for writing in

If you are constipated take lot of fiber and plenty of fluids
Take sitz bath twice a day
And if this doe snot work take Isabgul two tsf with a glass of water at bed time

For piles you need to see a surgeon, as there is no non surgical treatment that is full proof
