Question: Hi doctor

I have a history of gastritis and constipation . Strain to pass bowels and the stomach gets bloated with gas . Could you please tell me how to get rid of it . Without using laxatives and a permanent solution for it .

Gastritis is a common problem due to poor dietary habit. You can start with Magnesium Mur 30, 6 pills TDS (Thrice a day), Hydratis Q made in German 20 Drops with Half cup of water and Plumbem Met 30, 6 Pills twice in a day. Surely, you get relief after taking this medicine.
