Suffering From Kidney Cancer. Got A Tumor On Sciatic Nerve. How To Get Cure?

Thanks for posting your query.
A lesion refers to an abnormality of a tissue in the region of groin. It can be a swelling or a wound. The abnormality can be a benign or a malignant problem. An examination and investigations like MRI can help in detecting the exact size, location and type of lesion.
Since the sciatic pain is due to the nerve compression by the tumor, the removal of the tumor surgically is the best way to alleviate pain. Nerve block analgesia can be another option. You can discuss about the options with his anaesthetist.
I hope this answers your query.

Thanks for writing again.
The partial removal of a metastasis is not likely to help him much as the malignant tumors grow back fast. Additionally, there are many per operative complications in such patients.
You can discuss regarding a nerve block with his anaesthetist to relieve his pain.
I do not personally know a surgeon in the southern CA. You will have to search it yourself on internet.
Hope my answer is helpful.
