Suffering From Pimples On Head And Back. Remedy?

From the few weeks i am suffering from the pimples/wounds in my head back side.
which pain when i touch it and disappear after 3 to 4 days.

Thanks for your query.

You are having pimple like lesions on nape of neck since few weeks, right?
It may be follicultis or acne keloidalis nuche.

I would like to have photographs of the lesions.
And i would like to ask few questions.
Do you have any other disease?.. DM, anaemia,endocrinal diseases,infections, any other XXXXXXX disease?
Did you cosult any doctor?
Did you have any investigations?
Did you take any medicine?
Is there any family history of similar disease?
Please reply all above questions. And do not forget to post the photographs so that I can come to some conclusion.
