(1) Nasal obstruction
(2) Is there any nasal discharge if yes, is it watery/ mucoid/ prulent.
(3) Is there any headache.
(4) Are you having normal smelling power or it is diminished.
(5) Are you having excessive crusting in nostrils.
(6) Is there bouts of sneezing.
(7) Is your throat is O.K.
(8) Is there any episode of nasal bleeding.
To diagnose the chronic cold usually above details are must because any cold which remain for several days in a patient is usually the symptom of any of these diseases-
(1) Sinusitis.
(2) Chronic Rhinitis.( Atrophic Rhinitis )
(3) Nasal polyps.
(4) Deviated nasal septum with allergic rhinitis.

(1) C.T.scan of paranasal sinuses.
