Brief Answer: medicines and steam inhalation Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX I am sorry about the cold past persisting for past few weeks. In such a case, I would suggest my patients Tablet. Cetrizine or Allercet 10mg at bed time daily for a week. Along with this, steam inhalation thrice daily with karvol plus nasocaps would be beneficial for faster healing. Home remedies like warm ginger milk with a pinch of turmeric, hot coups, warm water will help too. Also, do deep breathing exercises. Hope you recover quickly. Regards,
