Only antiparkinsonism medication can cure.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
One thing I want to clear you is that only antiparkinsonic drug can cure him.
Although you can add tab. aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside two times a day, pregabalin. Among these aceclofenac is over the counter. Thiocolchicoside and pregabalin are prescription medicines.
Do regular physiotherapy of knee joints.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins inmorning and evening.
I hope it helps.
Thanks.
