Suggest A Diet Plan For A Patient With Low Sodium Levels
Question: My mother was told today that her sodium legal was very low. Doctor put her on medication. I want to know best foods for he to eat and foods to avoid.. thanks

If she has low sodium levels then high sodium diet should be followed,but also this may indicate certain kidneys and bowel absorption disorders, liver of hormonal imbalance so if there wont be improvement, she should check these organs.
She should just slightly increase food such as cheese, cucumber, salted nuts, and use more table salt in soup or meat. This should raise sodium levels. Also , she should avoid. There is no specific food to avoid, but it is important not drink too much water, it means more than 3 L per day.
