Suggest A Good Diet For Body And Immune System
Question: Hi,
I am a 28 year old male , i want to ask that what is best food for the body and good immune system. I was just thinking to have good meal and fruits.
What exactly i want is that what are some good fruits i could have on daily basis.
I have good lunch and in evening i go to the gym, so after gym during my dinner time can i just have fruits and 2 boiled eggs.

A diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetable, whole grains and lean protein is best for general healthy.
All fruits can be healthy for you but the most beneficial are apples and berries as they provide excellent nutrition, high vitamin content and low glycemic index.

If I had to pick one fruit to eat every day it would be a cup of berries.
