Hi...Whatever you are giving now is perfectly fine - please continue the same.
Coming to your queries -
1. Pediasure is a good choice.
2. There are not scientifically proven milk powders to improve the immunity.
3. 2 year olds with weight of 10 kilos is quite good (provided they are developmentally normal and active otherwise).
I take this opportunity to tell you certain scientific facts and relieve your distress -
1. An active is a well kid even if she/ he is not eating well.
2. Development of a kid is as important as or I would say even more important than growth alone.
3. As the kids grow their interest in food decreases and interest in play activities increases so that they eat small quantity and run away to play. As parents we need to be more patient and feed than less quantity but more aliquots per day.
4. This age rather than the quantity of the food I suggest you concentrate more on the number of times you feed them and also make whatever you feed them calorie dense by adding good amount of ghee to it.
5. I suggest you not to use appetite stimulants on long run as they may cause drowsiness.

You indeed relieved my distress.
My kids are very active and developing at good rate. In terms of development & learning, there wisdom is quite good with respect to other kids of similar age. Sometimes, we are amazed with their understanding and dialogues. actually, i was only concerned about their weight but as u said it is fine then i am relieved.
I am a working mother and kids are at home with nanny and my mother. They both take care of kids very well. Kids are being fed every 3-4 hours. In between, they are having milk. In night, while sleeping, they use to have milk. This habit is continued since 2-3 months age. They sleep peacefully by this & wake up happily in the morning, however we (me & my husband) have to get up 1-2 times to make bottles. Is this routine fine? Please reply.
One more question i want to ask that can i start cow milk to my kids. One & half month before, i was giving them mother dairy toned milk (prescribed by a very XXXXXXX pediatrician) & they were having that milk since 8 month of age without any problem. But near holi this year, my kids developed stomach infection & were having severe diarrhea thats why doctor prescribed isomil.
Thank you so much again.
Suggestions on feeding
Detailed Answer:
Hi...coming to your queries first -
1. The routine of giving feeds at night is fine - but stop bottle feeding as it can increase the chance of caries of teeth and increase the risk of upper respiratory infection.
2. You can start cow's milk as the kids are above 1 year age now.
If you are happy with my interaction you can rate the interaction while closing it.

One thing i want to mention here that i never mix sugar in their milk to avoid dental problems, however i also agree with you that still there are chances of dental problem due to night bottle feedings. I will try to lessen / stop feedings at night gradually.
Can cow milk be mixed with pediasure & lactodex?
Thanks again for your wishes to my kids.
You can mix cow milk to Pediasure
Detailed Answer:
Hi...coming to your queries directly...
1. You can mix cows' milk to Pediasure.
2. No need to mix cow's milk to Lactodex. It is by itself a milk formula. So no need to add to it.
