Brief Answer:
Actlin will not help.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Unfortunately Actlin and many other natural thyroid supplements have been proven to be ineffective and so I would not insist you to take them. Please do not look for a substitute of Synthroid or Cytomel for the treatment of your Hashimoto's.

Hashimoto's disease occurs when certain antibodies attack the thyroid gland making it leaky. This intially releases more thyroid hormones in the blood (as the stores leak out) but thereafter lead to hypothyroidism as the thyroid gland stores get depleted. You are in this stage and Actlin will not help in treating or reversing it.
