Brief Answer:
Sinemet(Levodopa-Carbidopa) and Pacitane(Trihexyphenidyl) to be started.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on Healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Parkinson's disease at age more than 65 years old with predominant symptoms of tremors(shakiness) and rigidity(stiffness) needs to be treated with Sinemet(Levodopa/Carbidopa) and Pacitane(trihexyphenidyl).

Apparently you have been treated with MAO inhibitors(selegiline) and Dopamine agonists(Mirapex) till now, which have started causing dyskinesias and other complications.
Presently if you have stopped these drugs, then you should be started on Sinemet and Pacitane(as your symptoms of shakiness and stiffness are prominent) ,in doses tailored according to your disease activity.

Please discuss the drug modifications with your treating physician.
If you have any follow-up questions,I shall be glad to answer them, else please close the thread and rate it.
