Brief Answer:
Need an MRI scan for evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir

I can certainly understand your concerns.

You seem to have resistant heel pain.

The possibility of Achilis tendinitis is high.

For confirmation, I advice you to get an MRI of the involved foot and ankle.

Further management with drugs like corticosteroids is largely based on the scan results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
