Brief Answer:
Alternative like Tramadol can be considered

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Df118 contains Dihydrocodeine Tartrate. Kindly enqire whether that particular brand is not available or dihydrocodeine it self is not available in market. In case other brand is available, you can get it with proper prescription.

Alternative, drug like Tramadol which is available as Ultram, tramazac etc. It is prescription based agent, kindly discuss with your consulting doctor regarding this medication.

Hope this helps.
Take care..
