Do you have a blood level curve for single patch application of 1 mg neupro patch
for 4-8 hours?
What is considered the therapeutic blood level for rotigotine?
Do you have any suggestions for using rotigotine for a patient allergic to the patch adhesive?
Thank you,

Brief Answer:
Microemulsion rotigotine gel is an alternative to skin problems.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXXXXX
Therapeutic blood level of rotigotine is considered above 1.2 ng/ml with a Cmax of 7 ng/ml.
I don't came across any partial curve of 1 mg patch application of neupro, but, regarding to curves, the level approximately after 6 hours should be around 1 ng/ml.
As far as I know, there is developed microemulsion-based rotigotine gel with significant lower skin irritation effects, a good alternative to use by patients that experienced serious skin problems.
I didn't find any information about blood therapeutic levels of nuvigil, oral doses ranges between 50 to 400 mg/day.
Hope I helped.
Take care.
