Thanks for using HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
You are taking an appropriate recipe of drugs, which are controlled your blood pressure, your diabetic profile and as you seem to have no cardiac symptoms.
Just a point, multivitamin and antioxidant supplements have not been added.
I have need more information 1. on dosing of your maclazide m and galuvas
2.Do you feel watery feet only after afternoon nap or in morning after getting up as well?
3. What are your physical activity?
Waiting for your reply.

Brief Answer:
Add antioxidants.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
I will advise you to gradually increase your physical activity according to your capacity or stamina. Initially make it twice a day then you can gradually increase the duration as well. But within your capacity and without getting breathless.
Add antioxidant to your recipe.
Your watery feel or restless feel will definitely improve.
Record your blood sugar fasting and postprandial twice a day morning and evening, for three consecutive days, with whatever routine you are following and medicines taking.
If your blood sugar stays within almost same range, then no rescheduling of any drug will be required, if it shows wide variation you need to consult your doctor or post in here in HCM.
Wear cotton socks to avoid wet feet.
Hope you answer to all your query. If any more please ask or you can close the question and rate it.
