Brief Answer:
Food suppliments and/or Injectables.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,XXXX
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your question.
The total amount of thiamine required per day by the body can be supplemented by natural sources, like oatmeal, potato, asparagus, cauliflower, oranges and liver.
Oranges will also take care of your potassium deficiency.
As it is absorbed after stomach in gastrointestinal tract, and even half of the total quantity is absorbed,it can meet your daily requirement.
The absorption of thiamine is hampered by alcohol and folic acid deficiency, so that should also be taken care of.
In case of deficiency , Injectables once in while can be taken.
If liquid multivitamin suits , then you can carry on with that as well.
Hope you have answer to all the queries, if any more , you are welcome, if not you can close the question by rating the answer.

Brief Answer:
Oranges are full of potassium

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
I meant to say,as your potassium is low , taking oranges will supplement you with natural potassium.
Oranges also said to contain natural thiamine as well, so taking it, is double benefit. Low thiamine levels would would not directly cause low potassium levels though.
Hope you have answer to your query, if any thing else, you are welcome,if not you can close the question by rating the answer.

Brief Answer:
No side effects in long run as well

Detailed Answer:
Hello, again.
No short or long term side effects has been reported,so far.
This is a health supplement, chances are less in this type of medication,in therapeutic dose.
Skin irritation or burning may occur at the site, but that can be avoided by very slow release of drug during injection.
Hope this answers your question, if any thing else you are welcome or you can close by rating the answer.
Good Luck.

Brief Answer:
your doing well.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
You are doing well as for as injecting it in two minutes. That is good and sensible.
Some individuals do dilute on their own to make it less painful, but it is not advised.
Though, you can consult your doctor., for the same, because, I am told by few of my patients that even after dilution with distilled water it still burns the same.
Hope this answers your question, if anything else, you are welcome ,or you can close the question by rating the answer.
Good Luck.
