Brief Answer:
Allergy to cement is contra-indication-4-cement TK

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

Allergy to cement is contra-indication for cemented Total knee Replacement
All brands of cement contain 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate as one of there contains.
So I will advise to use uncemented total knee implant consulting your treating surgeon.

Also make efforts to improve her immune system by herbs and fresh food.

Hello again,
You can use uncemented e.motion knee prosthesis (Aesculap, Tuttlingen, Germany) consulting your operating surgeon.
It has good results in whom cement cannot be used.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Due to osteoporosis chances of uncemented implant becoming loose will increase.

You need to discuss with your surgeon regarding balance of osteoporosis and uncemented implant.

Clinical evaluation and stage of osteoporosis is important for decision making.
