
Suggest Alternative Treatment For Insomnia

Question: I took a Benadryl and it is making me more awake instead of helping me fall asleep. What do I do.
I tried it with melatonin and it made me even more awake.
Now I am fully awake and trying to go to sleep. Do I need to do something to counter the Benadryl which is making me even more awake
Please help
