Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Triamcinolone is steroid of moderate strength used to treat eczema, dermatitis, allergy etc.
If it has not worked, it means that you probably do not have these conditions mentioned.

It could be due to
1. Fungal infection: Do you have any curdy white vaginal discharge?
2. Allergic reaction-Change in soaps and ,undergarments can cause allergy.
3. estrogen deficiency ( Atrophic vulvovaginitis). In this case you need to apply local estrogen cream.

Occasionally you may need a small skin biopsy from vulva to find out the cause. Do discuss these aspects with your doctor.
Always use loose cotton undergarments.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Do not use scents/ perfumes.
I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Regards,'Dr Rama
